- Ground and connect to the light of the earth. If you don’t know how to do that, see grounding under free resources on my website.
- Imagine you are a rose bush at your core. Imagine growing roses straight from your core. Grow just roses and if you wish you can grow branches. It’s best to grow a thornless rose. Use your intuition and visualize and feel this.
- Imagine growing roses to the edge of your aura and beyond. They can be any color you want. These are psychic protection roses. The roses take the “heat” for you and protect you energy and help you stay in deeper clarity throughout the day.
- Throughout the day, the roses may wilt as you get tired or encounter negative energy. You can set your rose bush on autopilot. They grow even when you aren’t thinking about it as needed. You can also regrow them consciously at any time. It’s really good to check in on them frequently.
- This is a great tool for monitoring your physical and psychic energy. I use it many days, and specifically if I am going someplace like a hospital where I want to be extra protected energetically.
