Newsletter – What Does Mastery Mean to you?

The world is in chaos and at the same time we are being asked to Move toward Mastery. We are asked to stay in our hearts in the moment and be truthful.
Do you have examples of Mastery? I have a few but not a lot of examples of people who are living close to their Mastery. I’m very grateful to even know people who hold the intention to move in this direction.
I’ve been pondering what does living in Mastery really me? I’m not claiming to be there and it’s in my intentionality to move in this direction. Are you on that path too?
Contemplations: What Might Mastery Look Like? Let’s practice.
1. Love. A Masterful soul stays in her heart and lives from love. The connection to neutrality and centeredness is strong and love flows through her heart.
2. Presence. A Masterful person is Present and mindful. He breathes his way to the moment throughout the day. When you are present and centered you are resonating with your soulful self.
3. Truthful and kind and grateful. He speaks from his heart, truthfully and respectfully. He practices forgiveness.
4. Accepting of Self and Others. We are all one. The place inside you and the place of light inside of me is the same place. We are one cell as the masterful Dalai Lama says. Self Realization is finding that mighty I am presence and knowing that is inside each and every one of us as our nature. That is the eternal connection to all that is. Forgiveness is a primary value.
4. Lives for the Highest Good. A masterful person lives for the highest good of all. She may ask, How may I serve? If I were in my mastery right now, how would I be, what choice would I make, and even – What would I post on Facebook?
5. Intuitive. A Masterful person is deep, trusts and follows her spiritual guidance moment to moment.
6. Fun. A Masterful Soul works on his or her triggers to move toward a better life with Lots of Smiles, love, laughter and fun! The light is on inside.
