Hi everybody,
The energy is so intense lately, with all the new light hitting the earth. We are in the gateway to the equinox and staying grounded and clear is taking me personally many hours a day.
What to Do When the New Energy hits you.
1. Chill. Meditate. Slip down to your heart. Your heart knows just what to do. Breathe.
2. Return to love. Beating ourselves up makes a part of us want to run away and hide and then we have reburied that voice. It is better to breathe through your disappointment and the difficult times and love yourself. Bring your parts home to your heart. It is the hearth of spirit and love.
3. Recognize there is confusion, fear and negativity in the air. Remember this is coming from our minds and the media. It is not the truth. he truth is we are one. We are love.
4. Honor the friction’ Wall! The wall is your friend at some level so honor the wall. Welcome the wall instead of breaking it down. Symbolically, there is often a guard at the wall, warning you to go another direction. When that is not working and you hit the wall, back off, relax. The wall is your teacher and friend, telling you to slow down and change directions. If you are hitting the wall, turn, look for another door. Talk to the guard
5. Give yourself a pat on the back and continue to visualize your success and if your current route isn’t bringing it yet, use your intuition and surrender to assure yourself that you can trust what you know and make things happen, by listening in and following the call of your deepest self. And remember the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
