I want to share with you some words, my intuition students have used to describe the intuition. One of the reasons for this is that when we really understand what our intuition is, it helps us to trust it and know how to develop intuition. The decision to follow this amazing guidance system we have inside of us, is quite profound indeed.
Here are some of the words we came up with spontaneously,
- Universal Energy
- The Soul’s Voice
- A great guiding force
- All-Knowing
- Wise
- Loving
- Powerful
- Accurate
- Supportive
- Spiritual Source
- Persistent
- Trustworthy and strong
- Source Love
- Protective
- Creative Juice
- Inspiration
- Has our Best Interest at Heart.
- Light of our being
- The way our soul communicates
- The best thing we can listen to!
The exercise we did to come up with these words was fun. We called forth our intuition and acknowledged it. Then we requested our intuition to help us come up with some words to describe it. We placed a chair in the center of the room and imagined our intuition was in that chair ready to guide us.
Since the experience we noticed:
We feel better.
We trust ourselves more.
We take more action and follow through better on our hunches
Our confidence is growing.
We feel more hopeful about life and the world and
We feel more guided.
