As you know a periscope is an object that we look through that provides a view of something from all sides, a 360 degree view. When you create one in your mind’s eye or with your imagination, and look through it with your intuition, you get a bird’s eye view of any situation. You can use this technique to check out traffic, a geographical region, a school, your home, a business or any situation in your life. It works like a visual compass. Here’s how to practice this!
1. Relax. Breathe and drift inside into a soft relaxed state.
2. Imagine you are sitting in the sun. Breathe the sunlight into every cell of your body, enjoying the warmth.
3. Create a connection to your inner being and attune to your psychic self.
4. Use your intuition to help you and imagine you have a psychic periscope that rises out of the top of your head. It is clear and can go as high as you want to extend it.
5. Let it rise out to a global view of earth. Imagine your psychic vision through the periscope is really clear and you can see the whole earth. Use your intuition and look around. What do you notice about the earth? Trust what you get.
6. Closer. Bring the periscope in a little closer and take a look at your own life. Watch how you move through your day. Do you move quickly or slowly? Are you efficient? Are you in integrity? Are there areas where you can improve your behavior?
7. Imagine and create the changes you wish to see and watch them unfold. In other words, practice using your intuition and envision your better life.
8. When you feel complete, bring your psychic periscope back inside. Relax yourself and return to your waking consciousness and go about your day.
You can use this psychic tool to look into any situation. This is great for seeing which road to take when you are stuck in traffic, for looking in on business and family situations. This is a visual technique so you are using your clairvoyance. I teach strategies that work well for feeling/kinesthetic and auditory folks as well.
