I know we are always glad when we are able to clearly hear our inner voice. It can be very subtle and there are some keys and tools that really support you in hearing and feeling it.
1. First things first – a quiet mind. Whenever you are calm and clear and centered you have a much better change of hearing that intuitive nudge. Be as fully present in each moment as much as possible.
2. Your intuition is a body tool. It moves through your inner senses. The expression “Trust your gut’ is real. Get to know how it works so that you can catch those hits even when you are in a hurry or stressed. Self trust is key.
3. Your intuition has a signature. It moves through inner sight, feelings, sounds, tastes, smells, balance, knowing, downloads and some other ways. It is as unique to your as your own handwriting, yet you do recognize your handwriting. So you too can recognize it’s signature. It’s signature is consistent and really fun to follow once your recognize it consistently.
4. There are different types of intuition hits. Warning and go forward signals are the most common. You can also have premonitions, insights from yourself or your guides, downloads, messages from the other side, acknowledgements from ancestors, channeled messages and more. Knowing about these different types of hits is of deep value as once you find and recognize and follow them, your life can change magically. These hits may have different signatures. That’s really fun to find out about too.
