An Angel Chat Recap
We had a powerful and heartfelt Angel Chat last Sunday with Archangel Michael.
Together, we grounded, cleared our energy, and dropped into a place of peace.
Michael began with pure white light, gently washing through us. Then came his signature sapphire blue light, wrapping us in strength, clarity, and calm.
Michael invited us to place a situation we’re in into a basket that he carried. As we journeyed and relaxed, he worked deeply, clearing the situation for us and helping us see what we’re learning and healing through this challenge.
With his shield of protection and sword of truth, he helped us clear out what we don’t need—cutting through confusion and bringing us back to center.
One of his clearest and strongest messages was: Take better care of yourself in every way you can think of. Find ways to respond to yourself with love—not just to others, to yourself.
After this first journey, we journaled for 15 minutes about what came through.
Then we journeyed again. In the second journey, Michael brought in our Guardian Angels. Together, we sent love to the parts of ourselves that feel stuck, critical, or frustrated and we sent love to the world.
The messages were touching and true. Here are a few that stood out:
- Love changes us. It’s who we are.
- One person received a candle from Michael with a flame that never goes out. It’s available to each of us.
- We were guided to use blue as a daily anchor for Michael: the blue of the sky, a shirt, a painting, whatever is in your environment.
- He asked us to use our words softly, especially toward ourselves.
- Flowers love us as much as we love them.
- We each felt lighter, more centered, and clear.
