Hi everyone,
I had an amazing experience this morning that I want to share with you. I had a call from some folks from Devon, England. That is where one of my guides, Charlie Long is from. I’ve had others from Devon show up and he has come through to speak with them through channeling. It is a confirmation for me when folks from the other side of the world show up at my door and have a resonance with my guide team.
Years ago, my now good friend Geoffrey Knight came to a channeling. When we finished he said he had known my guide when he was alive in his last lifetime in Devon. He had rented boats from him along the shores of Devon. Geoffrey was from England then and moved Portland, where I live. This was an obvious testimonial to me. Geoffrey hosts a Spiritualist Church here in Portland.
My mentor Dennis Barrett was a healer from England and a member of the Spiritualist Church. He visited my family every year from 1983 – 1998 from Bristol to teach hands on healing. 11 of those years I sponsored hi and had the great good fortune of being one of many students. Folks I’ve met from England have a much deeper acceptance and respect for mediumship and testimony of life after death.
Growing up American myself, I was surprised to learn as a young adult that others didn’t hear and see the things I saw. I had never talked about my inner visions and the Angels and beings I saw since birth. I didn’t know that others didn’t see that. It was just my norm. I learned in my earth 20’s that most others didn’t see this. At that time, I felt a little like a freak and kept it quiet and to myself. It took me years to come out of the psychic closet and share myself with more people.
Dennis was one of the first to teach me about this gift and I became so grateful to be gifted with this. So many more have come forward now about their mediumship and what would have been thought of as completely unusual experiences are becoming more common. I am so grateful to be able to share it. Keeping it to myself for years made me feel alone. Gradually as more people open, as I become stronger and as others come forward with their gifts, I see a Spiritual Renaissance in our world and it has been very healing for me.
