If you are like most of us lightworkers and healer types you are probably in the midst of deep intensity. June is about purging out the old and getting ready for the new. The new light is here and it is doing it’s job of the deep cleansing of old tissues. If you are feeling overwhelmed by your body, hang tight. You may be healing. Check in with yourself first before any doctor. Then choose your practitioners carefully. Choose those who language their words carefully around your healing process. Choose those that know that anything good is possible. I am not advocating that you stay if you feel you need to see a doctor. I am just saying your body will speak to you, so listen. Listening is the key. Your body and your heart will tell what you need to know and then you must follow through to not get further backed up.
If you are in the midst of deep healing, you may consider yourself among the lucky. I know it seems counter intuitive but when this layer is gone you will feel so much lighter. Use your herbs and homeopathy and clear alkaline water to rinse your cells. If you don’t have alkaline water put a dash of lemon water in the water you drink. That will help you stay alkaline and be healthy.
We are on new moon now which will help anchor the new energy. So think healthy, healed and whole. It’s ok to set your intentions high and complete and above all love yourself.
