Life and nature move in cycles. Life breathes in and out. The out breath is expansion. Imagine the growing of the moon, the rising of the sun and the high tides. These are naturally expansive states.
The in breath is a contraction, a magnetism, an absorption. The in breath is the dark of the moon and the low tides. The out breath is the expansion into life, the giving of ourselves to another.
We too have natural cycles of expansion and contract. There are small cycles with every breath and throughout the day. Then there are larger cycles and phases of life. Sometimes you are in a cycle of expansion and sometimes you are in a cycle of contraction. When you pay attention to and accept the natural cycles of your life and let go into them, you become more attuned. You stay in balance and your intuition works well and your psychic abilities naturally increase.
