Pay attention to the subtle cues of your intuition. When you get a nudge to take a break and go outside, do it. When you get a feeling that it’s time for you to do something or to stop doing something, do so right away. When you follow your clues quickly and right when they are happening, your timing gets better, your attention to the moment is on and the synchronicities of your life will increase dramatically because you will be present right when the opportunity first presents itself.”
