I wanted to share a simple way to work on an issue. I find it gives me great perspective to look through the lens of this exercise. Have fun!
A Container of Love
Boundaries hold things in place. Sometimes we need to take down a barrier. Sometimes we need to put up a boundary. This exercise uses a container to hold an issue so we can resolve it.
1. Think of a situation that you would like to resolve.
2. Imagine a bowl or container of any kind in front of you. Fill the container with love.
3. Imagine placing a symbol of the issue you are working on into the container.
4. View it from all sides. Notice how big the issue is and what type of container you created to hold it. Imagine, walking around the container and look at it from many perspectives.
5. Imagine going one year into the future and looking back at the container holding the situation. Imagine the end of next year and imagine that the issue is completely resolved. Look back at the process. Bring the energy of resolution to now and dissolve or resolve the issue.
6. Disassemble the bowl and come back to the present.
