Hi everybody,
Every type of intuitive message has its own signature. I am big on encouraging
you to learn your own unique intuitive signature. A warning from your intuition
has a unique signature as well. Its template will be different from your urges
and forward signals.
Urges often bring excitement and a desire to go forward. Warnings have a
foreboding psychic feeling to them. The images that come with them may have different
qualities. Even the smells will differ. Here is an exercise to help you spot
how your intuition gives you a warning.
Your Intuitive Warning Blue Print Exercise
1. Relax, take some breaths and ground. Remember a time when your intuition
warned you about something and you took the heed.
2. Imagine going back in time to just before you had this intuitive
experience. Review the warning in slow motion. Put your focus on the feelings
in your body. Go slowly. Where are the feelings?
What are the qualities of the feeling? Are they strong and alerting? Do they
have a different psychic quality? What else do you notice?
3. Now take a rainbow shower and write down your observations. To Learn How

4. Let’s go back to the beginning of the experience again. This time go
through the experience noticing your eyes. Look for intuitive pictures. Did you notice
any? Is there any difference in the visual quality with a warning?
5. Take another rainbow shower and take some notes on your observations.
6. Go back to the beginning of the experience and review the psychic warning with your
ears. What did you hear? Is there any difference in the tone or volume or
location of a warning?
7. Take a rainbow shower and write down what you noticed.
8. Now smell and taste the warning. What do you observe?
10. Take a rainbow shower and take some notes.
Notice the difference between your go forward signs and your warning signals.
Each type of intuitive hit has a different pattern. Catch your warnings so they
don’t catch you off guard.
