Exercise: Empower Your Intuition in a New Area of Your Life

Hello Intuitive People,

I’m aware that there may be some areas of your life where your intuition works better than others.

Here’s an exercise to help you improve your intuition in a challenging area.

Exercise:

Relax. Place your hands out in front of you.
Imagine you have a ball of light on one hand. (Either hand)
Imagine your intuition rolling down your arm into your hand filling up the ball.
Create a symbol representing your intuition and place that in the ball.
Think of areas of your life where your intuition flows freely. Imagine those areas are in the ball. Add more light, joy, love and empowered feelings.
Relax your hand with the ball sitting on it, glowing brightly.
On your other hand, create a second ball of light. Imagine placing the problem area into that ball. This is the place where you feel stuck and want your intuition to flow.
Create a second symbol representing this area of your life.
Compare the 2 balls of light. Power up the ball representing your strong intuition. Make sure it is bigger, brighter and stronger than the other ball.
When the ball on that hand is stronger, merge the two balls of light.
Create a new symbol representing the combined balls.
Allow the new symbol to come into your body.You can do this as often as you wish. Your intuition will begin to integrate into the area of your life where you desire the change.
