Hi Everyone,
I’ve started to explore the New Light Cathedrals around the Earth. One of my favorite places to go is the gazing pond. You can enter the Light Cathedral over Mt. Shasta by asking your guide team to take you there.
Once you are in the Cathedral, ask to be guided to the healing ponds. They are both gazing ponds and a special place of rest. There is a lotus pad on the pond with your name on it. It’s a great place to go and relax.
The Gazing Pond
- Relax and ground yourself. Imagine energy cleansing yourself in a rainbow shower.
- Invite your guides to be with you.
- Go to the Light Cathedral over Mt. Shasta and ask to be guided inside.
- Allow your guides to take you inside and meet your Light Cathedral Guide. Use your intuition to guide you.
- Ask your guide take you to the gazing pond. There are many other places you can go and this is a great place to start.
- In this pond look for:
Your own reflection and the reflection of your amazing guides standing behind you.
Ask for the reflection of answers to questions. Use your intuition to discern the answers.
Touch the water and feel the answers. - Something fun to do: Imagine taking your light body off and wash it in the pond.
- Then imagine being in your sparkly clean light body and imagine taking off your physical body off and washing it in the pond. I know this may seem outrageous and it’s as good of a feeling as I’ve ever had and the guides seem to have had fun with it too.
