Understand How Your Intuition Works?

Many people don’t understand how their intuition works. It’s not been taught to us in school. It’s something that we have either developed or learned to trust through life or we have not. Most of us have been on our own in learning how to follow our intuition.

15 years ago after completing a long Master Track Training in Neuro-Linguistic Training (NLP), I decided to apply the techniques I had learned to my own intuition. Over the next few weeks as I did my intuitive abilities honestly improved dramatically.

I decided to then apply the same techniques to my self-trust. I was pleased when I began to trust myself more automatically. I then started hosting classes to see if it would work for others and to my pleasure, people’s intuition began to develop dramatically.

One of the main reasons people came to class was because they were second-guessing themselves.They would disregard their intuition, and then later find out that their intuition had been correct.

Honoring Your Logic and Trusting Your Intuition

We started exploring techniques for honoring the logical mind while also trusting the intuition. We created tools to help our logical mind and the intuitive mind work together. We learned how to put our self-trust on deep auto-pilot.

We learned how to ask questions in such a simple way that the logical mind came on board to support our intuitive hits. It was a fascinating process.

Now 15 years later, the processes are refined. Week after week the same and many new students came for classes. They said the classes helped them connect to both their intuition and their Spirit Guides.The secondary reason they returned was that they now had a community of people where they could talk about anything intuitive.
