A Message from the Angels: From Breakdown to Breakthrough
Many of us spend time aligning and being in the flow of life. However sometimes circumstances can be harsh. We have all been through a lot the last couple of years. We are also in some intense astrological alignments as well as intense circumstances on the planet and in our personal lives that can bring us down.
We stress becomes too much, we can sometimes breakdown. When we push ourselves too hard, when others push us too far against our grain, we can lose our center. The breakdown can bring up buried trauma. If you are really struggling it may be time to rest. Slow down. Trust and breathe through the process. Practice self love. Take time and space for healing. Allow the breakdown to lead to breakthrough.
Can the Master Spirit Guides and Angels Help Us With This?
Yes, they can. Besides self-care, eating well, resting, the love of your friends, relaxing and focusing on love, we can also call our Master Guides and Angels. Don’t want until you breakdown to get to know these divine beings.
As I was writing this, my Spirit Guides and Angels came in. This is what they said.
“Come to us, when you are sad, mad or confused. Come to us when you are stressed and tired, worried or scared. Ask for our help, because we are here for you.
Though we are compassionate to the worries and cares of the world, we live in a realm that extends far beyond these things. We always have access to love and we are here today to remind you that you do too.
No matter what you are going through, no matter what kind of turmoil you are in. We are here for you. We love you and cherish you. We are here in 100% service to you and for you. We have only love for you.
When you add us to your daily routine of self-care, we are allowed in a deeper way to enrich your life. Come breathe with us, be with us, recondition yourself with us. Learn how to call us in. It’s a simple as a prayer and as expansive as listening with all your heart. We are here for you in every endeavor of your life and we are here for you, right here, right now. Come rest in our wings and rest in our love.”
