I have been thinking about powerful beliefs for many years. I have been working on this list for months. As I am vigilant in learning to help people change their limiting core beliefs into powerful beliefs, I began to wonder what it would be like if we could delete our entire subconscious hard drive of beliefs. Of course, I realized that if I did that I would not be able to function.
My next step was to consider which beliefs might be most optimal and powerful for a loving human. I wanted to make a list of 12 but it turned into 22 core beliefs. I have managed to direct most of these into my own internal hard drive and it has helped me significantly. Tell me what do you think about this list of core beliefs. I want to keep it really simple. Would you add or subtract anything for yourself and for humanity?
- I am that I am.
- I exist. I matter. I have value. I am enough.
- I am love, loved and loving. I radiate love. My heart is wide open.
- I am appreciated and grateful.
- I am respected and respectful.
- I have wonderful, trustworthy integrous relationships and community. I am supported and cared for.
- I am wealthy, abundant and infinitely provided for.
- I am humble and grateful. I am powerful, peaceful, balanced and happy.
- I am intelligent and truthful.
- I am discerning. I am flexible.
- I am grounded and clear, safe and protected.
- I am light. I am wise. I am satisfied.
- I am mindful, forgiving,compassionate and empathic.
- I am soulful, intuitive and connected. I am guided and universal.
- I am healthy, robust, youthful, and energetic.
- I am trustworthy and trusting.
- I am beautiful, confident and strong. I have clear boundaries.
- I am in service and on purpose.
- I am good, talented, creative and beautiful. I have purpose.
