Happy Thanksgiving everyone,
I want to share my gratitude with you. I have done few newsletters the last few weeks. Steve and I have moved from Portland to CA. and my time and focus has been on moving, staying healthy and creating a new home. I plan to be in touch more as we get more settled.
I am very clear, that attitude is essential to well-being. One of my favorite days of the year is Thanksgiving, because most Americans at least, give thanks. I can feel it in the air. When I wake up every morning, I give thanks for the good in my life and in the world. It really helps my day. On this day, the potency of gratitude on the planet is noticeably bigger. Will you join me or continue to join me in daily thankfulness to help increase the well-being of our planet?
Today I feel grateful for my clients and friends, a loving partner and so thankful to finally live near the ocean again. I have craved it since I left over 20 years ago and through grace and hard work I have been able to return.

3. Thank you for every kindness and thoughtful deed you have ever done, especially those that have gone unnoticed.
