Hi everyone,
Many people are ready, willing and able to work directly with their spirit
guides. I do my best to listen to my guides all day long and
sometimes I want to go in really deeply and talk with them.
Here is a check list I use when I sit down to talk to mine in depth.
1. Choose a quiet time in a comfortable location where you won’t be
interrupted.
2. Set a time frame for your session. Allow a little extra time in case it
takes longer than you expect.
3. Get a cup of tea or water and set your intention to connect with your
guides.
4. Have a pen, notebook or recorder handy. Write down your questions.
5. Ground and clear yourself. Free Grounding Exercise Here.
6. Ask for a connection to your team and open your inner senses.
7. Listen, look and feel for feedback.
8. If you receive some information, thank your guides or loved ones and let
them know you heard them. Your team loves feedback!
9. Let them know if you are satisfied or need more information.
10. Monitor your expectations and questions to fit your skill level. Support
yourself where you are right now. Let your skill level determine the complexity
of your questions and your expectations.
11. When you hear your guides and angels effectively they will lead you in
positive directions. If you are getting mixed guidance, clear yourself, take a
rainbow shower and a little break. Use discernment and ask one question at a
time.
12. Ground yourself again when you are complete.
