Hi Everyone,
I wanted to provide a version of this powerful technique with you. Dr. Hew Len was a Hawaiian therapist that brought back an ancient tool for us called Hooponopono. He cleared an entire ward of the criminally insane without ever meeting any of them. He held their file, practiced Hooponopono, and healing them by healing himself.
The key to this technique is that there really is no “out there”. What appears to be “out there” is an out picturing of your own consciousness. We live in a waking dream and we only think that what happens is outside us and absolves us of responsibility. Instead the opposite is true. You are responsible for all that you think and see in your world. While that may seem strange and foreign to some, it is a potent tool that allows you to clear it.
When I take responsibility for everything that is in my world, and especially the most upsetting things, I actually increase my power and stewardship to clear it. Through forgiveness we can change it. The out picturing is what we see in the world. It’s all our creation. The next person seems something different. That means the story is yours. Clear it in you and it will clear in the world. It works.

Hooponopono is an easy technique that you can use yourself. You don’t need to even say this out loud. Dr. Len calls this clearing. It can be done anywhere, anyplace, anytime.
Step 1: I’m Sorry – Repentance
When you know that you are responsible for everything that appears to be “out there” in your reality, it’s natural to feel sorry for the hurts of the world. If it’s easier choose something that you know you caused and say: “I’m sorry”.
Step 2: Please Forgive Me
Just say please forgive me over and over. Hopefully you are also feeling some remorse as that makes this step stronger.
Step 3: Thank You – Gratitude
Say “Thank you” over and over again. It doesn’t matter who you are thanking or for what. It is the act of gratitude that does the clearing Try to feel your gratitude.
Step 4: I Love You.
This can sometimes be the easiest step. Say I love you to yourself and the world, and even your body. Guess what? Your body will really benefit if you haven’t been telling it frequently. Say it to the body parts that you don’t like. It’s life changing.
As you practice each of these steps you will find things shifting. Dr. Len taught me to understand that if anyone was in my environment then it was up to me to start cleaning as they are my mirror. When things I see in my environment bother and upset me, it’s even more important.
