I’m glad you are here. Welcome to the new people on the list this week.
In my conversations with the Universe I am reminded to focus on self-love, to fill my heart every single day with love for myself. The way I’ve been doing that is simple. I use all my sensory modalities to do so. I put my hands on my heart (kinesthetic), I visualize light pouring in (visual) and I say, “I love you” (auditory). Sometimes I say, “I love you no matter what.”
The source of love is inside of you after all. And we all crave connection to love and the sense of home. The more we bring ourselves to the core on a daily, moment to moment basis and find the love that is underneath the easier it is to cope with life.
To open your heart fully, it helps to believe that you are love and that you are worthy of love. However, love is there, whether we know and feel we are worthy or not. When we have compassion and are kind to ourselves then we are on the road to happiness.
