How to Know Your Angel’s and Archangel’s Names
Angels are loving, inter-dimensional being, who are with you, 24 – 7. Many of us wish for closer contact. They are here to help us through life, to stay on track with our purpose, and to cope with what’s are on our plate. They provide strength and help you to keep the faith as you pass through the tests of life. Their guidance and support is invaluable.
Journey to Know Your Angel
1. Relax and drift inside. Stay soft and be comfortable. Close your eyes and intend to connect with your Angels.
2. Invite your Angels to move around in front of you. Your Angels often stand behind you. Inviting them to move to the foreground may help you connect.
3. Use all of your Senses. Like intuition, your Angels communicate through the senses: pictures, feelings, sounds, tastes and smells. Use your feelings to sense their movement, your ears to listen, and your inner eyes to see. Pay attention for special scents, wings, movement and your own inner knowing.
4. Breathe and trust. The more relaxed you are the better. The more you trust, the more you will receive.
5. Telepathically ask for a name to identify your Angel. Your Angel may send this directly or indirectly. You may hear an unknown name, the name of a well-known Ascended Master or even a loved one. Sometimes you might get a name that is not of this world such as Murianna, Clair Anastasia, Lianna Rae.
6. Your Angel may come as a tone, frequency or a color. Sometimes Angels don’t identify as a name. They may come as any subtle vibration.
7. Use the tone scale. Ask your Angels to vocally go up and down the tone scale to communicate with you, as some tones are easier to perceive and hear.
8. Pay attention to the glands in your neck. Yes! This area is connected to your throat chakra, a listening tool. I often sense my guidance in these glands.
9. Give your Angels feedback. Let your Angels know when you are receiving messages. Don’t assume Angels know everything, even though they might! Angels love communication too. Imagine this as a phone call where at least one of you is hearing the other. Let them know when and what you do sense. They are increasing their ability to connect with you as well.
10. Bask in the love. Stay inside as long as you want. When you are ready to come back to waking consciousness, suggest to yourself, that you will return feeling refreshed and revitalized with full recall of your experience. Do this meditation as often as possible. I connect with Angels throughout my day.
