Hi,
We are in rapid flux. On the outer, drama ensues and things are escalating. Simultaneously, we are in a great spiritual awakening. Sometimes what we feel called to hold feels like we are asked to do a handstand on water. We are called to listen to their intuition and guidance in an ever-deepening way and to hold our mastery as much as possible.
We feel called to take action and simultaneously called to meditate and go deeper than ever before. Sometimes this new energy can feel intimidating. It brings up our stuff and parts of us get scared because the transformation is so intense. Our very DNA is changing and we are asked to transmute our family genetic line and the energy of the planet at the same time. Our chakras can sometimes get backed up, even feeling the new energy coming in as we continue to release the old.
Saturn goes direct tomorrow, Sept 18, that should help us feel like we can get going.
My Simple Daily Checklist to Help Me Through.
1. Stay Present, as present in the moment as you possibly can. Practice breathing, grounding and clearing throughout the day.
2. Stay Positive. Move to Gratitude. No matter how intense the stuff is that is coming up, there is a silver lining. Practice gratitude. It is powerful enough to shift you. Put a gratitude list on your fridge.
3. Spirit is in Charge. Surrender over and over. “I trust the divine.” Remind your tummy that though some of the energy is new, it is benevolent. Trust your intuition.
4. Discern What is Yours and What’s Not. Return to Their Higher Self. Sometimes in empathy, we pick up energy from others and carry it with us. Simply offer it back to the Higher Self of the person whose energy you feel and ask their Higher Self to return it to them as light.
5. Go Outside. I’ve taken to walking between sessions. It helps. I’m going outside to consciously connect with nature several times a day. The sky is full of light. Stand under the trees this fall and practice letting go.
6. Call on Your Holy Self. Try different words for the ascension, rising to a higher vibration or frequency. A friend recently told me that when she calls it a holy frequency it’s easier to for her to connect to the divine.
7. Ask What Would Love Do? My beloved guide Lao Tzu taught me to ask this mighty question. I use it often, especially when I am baffled. Let your intuition and heart guide you.
8. Ask Your Master Guides, Angels and Nature to Help You. We all have a connection to the Creator and we each have Guides and Angels who help us. Asking for help gives them greater stewardship to help you.
9. Rest and Meditate. Meditation and sleep are integration times. If you find yourself really tired, find time for a nap. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes to shift. If you feel asked to hold and integrate a lot, you are. Be kind to yourself, rest when you can.
10. Get Session Help or Talk to a Friend for support and clearing. There are many good healers. Pray for the support you need. Your prayers are heard and answered in divine timing. Sometimes asking the question a little differently or asking the question through a clear reader or healer can help.
