Hi everyone,
In these chaotic times, I am reminded often to focus on love, to fill my heart each day with love for myself and others. The deeper love that is in your heart and core is actually constant. It is strong like a lion, powerful and eternal.
One way to do so is to drop down into the love inside you and use all your sensory modalities to enhance the experience. We are sensory beings using visual, auditory and feeling senses, as well as taste and smell.
Use all Your Senses to Connect to Love.
Put your hands on your heart (kinesthetic), Visualize light pouring in (visual) and I say, “I love you” (auditory). or “I love you no matter what.” Then use your sense of smell and taste and reach for the smell and the taste of love. I got lavender and roses today for those.
The source of love is inside of you. We crave connection to love and to each other. We sometimes run into the dysfunctional issues of ourselves and others in trying to connect. When we look deeper we can see that love is there and that most of us carry a positive intention in each of our interactions.
The more we bring ourselves to our core daily, moment to moment and find the love that is underneath, the easier it is to deal with what life brings us.Then our intuition flows gracefully.
Open your heart, know that each of us is made of love and worthy of love. When we are kind, honest and grateful then we are on the road to happiness.
I am sending love on this fine day. Keep your focus on the light dear ones. Love wins in the end and now.
