WE ARE IN THE SHIFT
The energies on earth have changed. The old paradigm is falling away and yet it has kicked up it’s heels for us all to see.
The new guidelines are not completely here yet. We must listen in each moment for our instructions from the Universe. We are learning how to live in alignment in the new energies. IT is important to know is that the universe is changing very quickly and what was true yesterday is not necessarily true today. It’s time to let go of our programming as quickly as you can, affirm and believe in the truth of your being with all your heart.
A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I had an experience of disempowerment where I couldn’t hear my guides very well for a period of time. I finally broke through when I asked and they said “You chose not to believe us on something very important.” I knew what they were talking about. And in your disbelief you blocked us out. Obviously, I am not above that!
We are asked to stretch, to be in faith and sometimes to let go of even long held desires and stay present in the moment. What does that look like? It means being true to your HEART each moment of each day.

People are calling who have been in knockdown drag out fights with someone else. The intensity is rising even for the best lightworkers. The response from spirit has been to stay in peace. Stay completely out of war. If it means walking away from a difficult situation, walk away.
A STRATEGY FOR FIGHT OR FLIGHT: It’s simple. When the triggers are flying, and you are caught in emotion, stop, breathe, use your intuition for timging and make an appointment to return to the topic of conversation in an hour or two. Don’t wait too long. Let the person know you will be back. This gives you each time to breathe and find your center. Chances are it’s just an old program and old emotions surfacing to be cleared. As you back away, you refuse to give your power away to that old programming anymore. Often when you come back and the triggers have subsided, there is no real issue anymore.
REMEMBER
As you love so shall you reap. As you stay in the love in your heart and have healthy strong boundaries and open honest communication, you work through the issues.
Earth is new every single day. Pay attention. She is listening and speaking. Sit down on the earth, listen to her heartbeat. She knows and she will tell you that we are all one. When this is resonating from her heart to all of humanity, you know that it won’t be long before the people awaken. It’s the time of the great awakening. We will move forward together in love.
