Time to Read: Under 5 minutes
Dear friends,
We are in times of great change. While much of the world on the outer is full of disruption and chaos, there is also an emergence of peaceful movements, inventions to clean the environment, and many of us are finding a greater access to peace. It is clear that what we focus on increases and our thoughts matter. It’s a time for finding balance and stability and anchoring into peace.
We are in a tremendous astrological alignment that comes to a focal point this weekend. We have an eclipse today, Friday. It matters. And at another level there is a place inside you that we call the Tao. That place has never been injured and has never gone off course or participated in the drama. We all have, but the Tao has not. The Tao has remained pure throughout eternity, hidden down in the deep, way underneath the turmoil.
World crisis is turning more people to prayer, and is a great wake up call for humanity as we recognize that we as a species are creating this drama. We are witnessing the collective shadow and we must take responsibility for it. This is OUR waking dream, Not theirs. It doesn’t belong to someone outside of us. It belongs to us. It is we who have created what we are seeing and it is we who must change it.
There are a million ways to peace and there is one main circuit that is available to every single person on this planet. That is the peace within. That is the place of stillness. Once you have felt this, you can’t deny that it exists. The journey may become, how do I stay attuned with that peace within while I also live my life?
For me, this still takes effort and time. People call me for sessions throughout the week. For me to be able to do those sessions and stay present to another person’s intense journey, I have to be skilled in my craft, which I’ve spent my lifetime hopefully improving and evolving, I also have to be anchored to my core. I can’t be in my own drama. I have to be able to set it down.
This week on one of my workdays, I was elated at the end of the day because everyone who called has truly been doing their juicy deep inner work and I was able to help them move their mountains. I understand that is a reflection of my own willingness to do so also. Another day this week, I encountered several, who were in resistance to the guidance of their lives. They were fighting the Universe and the timing. They were arguing with the wisdom in their hearts and souls, pushing the river, trying to get an answer to a long held question and wanting the answer now. That is a theme for me too and I had to own that as I practice again, staying present to the story, while I help them unwind it.
The work that is showing up these days is often complicated. People are working on very old issues that have been hard to unravel and they are breaking through in session. Double binds that seem ancient are unwinding and issues which haven’t cleared before are clearing. We are going very deep.
The great beauty is that once an issue is unwound, and that crisis, problem and focus is solved the mind goes quiet – finally. Finally, we are able to rest from that issue and access more serenity.
For that work, I am most grateful. To those who go out into the world much further than I will ever go to work on the inventions and interventions, I am also grateful. My work is to help people clear old issues, and to help you hear and trust your guidance so that you have a greater chance to be peaceful and live from your core. If you have an old issue that you cannot clear by yourself, find someone that can see the root cause and help you unwind it at the cause. Then there is more energy to be of service, to walk in the woods, enrich your sense of humor and have more fun.

I had a dream on 1/6/20 with a big group of guides and angels. I was shown that if we all agreed to concentrate on Peace for 5 minutes a day at noon wherever we are, that the world will shift toward peace. Then I was shown that we can shift it faster if we will take 5 minutes on the hour every hour and stay in peace. As we commit to the peaceful 5 minutes we can be eating our lunch or working or being in soft meditation or taking a walk yet we are committed to being in the peace and not arguing fighting or thinking a negative thought about anything.
